As a result of its continued growth, Kivuto was in need of new accommodations.
The senior executives at Kivuto wanted to secure a collaborative space that would help to inspire creativity and productivity. This meant looking at opportunities that were outside of the traditional office tower.
The team had taken the time to understand Kivuto’s preferences through some earlier interactions. By keeping their ear to the ground, our principals were able to bring a space to Kivuto’s attention as soon as it became vacant. This space had been newly appointed by another forward thinking technology company, and was situated in a historic building in Ottawa’s Byward Market.
Kivuto was able to secure space in a historic converted warehouse that included an interior fit-up that was ideally suited to the type of work that they do. This space will help to promote Kivuto’s internal culture, attract talented employees and allow for significant future growth.
